Roxanne brings a wealth of experience in mortgage processing, customer service leadership, and operational support to her role as Executive Assistant to Craig Parry. With a background that includes supporting brokers, managing loan applications from lodgement to settlement, and leading customer service teams, Roxanne plays a pivotal role in keeping Craig’s daily operations organised and efficient.
In her day-to-day role, Roxanne manages Craig’s diary, organises appointments, oversees the client pipeline, handles inbound communication, and ensures the seamless preparation of meeting notes, product comparisons, valuations, and presentation materials. She also supports lead management, BNI coordination, pre-meeting communication, and the smooth handover of deals to processing teams. Her strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask allow Craig to focus on strategy and client outcomes while she handles the operational complexity behind the scenes.
Roxanne is known for her warm professionalism, calm approach under pressure, and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality support. With a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Management, she brings both academic and practical strength to her role.
Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys a calm and simple weekday routine, spending her evenings at home with her parents and husband, a rhythm she deeply values. On weekends, she and her husband love discovering new restaurants and enjoying great comfort food (her ultimate happy place). Sundays are especially meaningful, beginning with church and followed by time with her husband’s family, a weekly ritual that keeps her grounded and connected.
