Eloisa brings extensive experience in end-to-end mortgage processing, credit assessment, and client coordination to her role at Crown Money SA. Backed by a Bachelor of Banking & Finance and a strong background across mortgage support, banking operations, and real estate lending, she plays a key role in ensuring each home loan progresses smoothly from fact-find through to settlement.

Eloisa is Crown Money SA’s primary processor for all mortgage types, handling everything from residential and investment loans to commercial lending and SMSF structures. Her versatility and technical confidence mean she can process any file, no matter how complex, with accuracy and efficiency.

Her expertise includes preparing and verifying client documents, ordering and summarising credit reports, checking financial data, managing valuations, and completing lender systems such as ApplyOnline, Infynity, and Hubspot. She prepares application packages, drafts submission notes, coordinates digital signing, follows up with lender credit teams, and manages all communication through to formal approval and settlement. Eloisa is known for her precision, strong work ethic, and her ability to keep complex applications running smoothly even under pressure.

Outside of work, Eloisa spends much of her time managing her own business, a passion that fuels her entrepreneurial spirit. To unwind, she enjoys Netflix nights, great coffee, and the occasional karaoke session (as long as she’s not singing solo to avoid alarming the neighbours). She loves belting out tunes with friends and family during holidays.
